Qyllscape

Qyllscape is a minimalist, writing application that looks like a book, designed to help writers finish their first drafts. It is not intended to replace all other editors, but to help make it easier to sit down and write when it is most difficult.

Note: Plainly speaking, this stand-alone version of Qyllscape has not been tested as strongly as the Steam version, and may not receive updates as frequently. It exists to offer an opportunity to try Qyllscape only if you prefer not to use Steam.

All writing applications are designed to help writers progress towards their writing goals. Qyllscape supports writing efforts not by reinventing common functionality, but by offering a unique approach to a customizable, responsive writing environment.

Qyllscape (verb): The act of an author becoming a traveler in another world.

Change every setting to fit your preference.

• All the fundamentals (page layout, font styles, etc.)
• Colors for each aspect of the editor
• Page titles and numbering
• Single page and minimalist mode

Qyllscape was designed to be aesthetic, and is equipped with a unique candlelight tool that lets you match your external lighting environment. Helpful when you need to soften the editor for long writing sessions, or when you want to add a unique flair to your online writing content.

Qyllscape is never finished, only abandoned. Development is still active.

The initial release of Qyllscape is intended to include all core features necessary to make progress on your writing project. With future updates, Qyllscape will be expanded on to offer even more customization and tooling.
